السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته،،
هاهو اول درس في اللغة الفرنسية، و سنبدا اولا بالارقام بالنسبة للحساب و بايام الاسبوع و اشهر السنة بالنسبة للغة و في اخر كل درس ستكون هنالك فقرة من نص نقراها لنتعلم قراءة اللغة الفرنسية و فهمها بشكل جيد .
اذا الارقام باللغة الفرنسية:

For the crust:
75 g (3 oz) Graham cracker crumbs*
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
50 g (2 oz) melted butter
For the cheesecake:
675 g (1 1/2 lb) cream cheese, softened
200 g (7 oz) sugar
4 eggs
5 tbsp Amaretto
For the topping:
225 g (8 oz) sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Amaretto
25 g (1 oz) toasted flaked almonds
50 g (2 oz) grated chocolatehttp://pic2.piczo.com/go/images/spacer.gifMethod:
Combine the Graham cracker crumbs*, sugar, cinnamon and butter, mixing well. Press the mixture into the base and sides of a 23cm (9 inch) springform tin.
With a mixer, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add the sugar and mix well. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the Amaretto, and pour the mixture into the prepared tin. Bake at 190°C (375°F / Gas 5) for 45 minutes, or until set.
Combine the sour cream, sugar and 1 tbsp Amaretto, mix together and spread over the top of the cheesecake. Return to the oven at 240°C (475°F / Gas 9) for 5 minutes. Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for 24 hours. Decorate with almonds and chocolate before serving.
* If you cannot get Graham crackers, digestive biscuits or ginger nuts make a good substitute.http://pic2.piczo.com/go/images/spacer.gif
